"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might...

"Stayed here while our daughter finished her job at Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Good location for getting around Cooperstown and surrounding area. About 20-30 minute drive to our destinations. The rental space worked well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Internet and AC worked very well. "
