"Lovely property with plenty of space for two adults, four 16-18 year olds and a dog! Plenty of outside space for our cockapoo to roam, loved the decking and gazebo area, pool very easy to look after during our stay, ideal location to chill out! Everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, and Vincent provided lots of info about the local area as well as ensuring we had everything we needed!"

"Das Ferienhaus war genau richtig für uns. Es liegt 20 Gehminuten vom nächsten Dorf mit Bäckerei entfernt. Ansonsten Natur pur und nachts ein toller Sternenhimmel. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er spricht auch englisch. "

"This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or...

"It is a beautifully designed house, spacious, modern and airy. Yann was very helpful, allowed us to check in early and shared with us information about the local area. Well situated in the heart of lovely Combourg, with an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Parking easy in immediate vicinity. Downsides: works in the the shower room on the top floor meant in was not in use during our stay, and wifi had not been installed. This is our first French visit in a town rather than a countryside...

"This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways. "

"Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...
