Ailemle birlikte 5 gece kaldım . Gerek temizlik gerek personelin yardımseverliği ve güleryüzü olsun her şey harikaydı . Kahvaltı açık büfe gayet yeterliydi . Hotels.Com da silver üyeyim, 20 gecenin üzerinden buradan rezervasyon yaptım. İlk defa bu kadar memnuniyetsiz olarak bir otelden ayrıldım Nedenleri 1- Günlük 1 kişi 600 TL gibi ciddi bir rakam verdim, bu rakamı hak edecek bir hizmet yok. Oda resimleri ile odanın kendisi farkıydı. En sevmediğim şey, beklediğim odadan farklı bir yer çıkması. Hotels.com bu resimleri daha derin doğrulamalı 2- Rezervasyon fiyatını Euro’dan sabitlediler 131 Euro toplam bu ilk defa başıma geldi ve rezervasyonun son aşamasında bunu anladım, hotels.com bunu geliştirmeniz gerekiyor. eğer otel döviz cinsinden fiyat sabitliyorsa bunu en başta belirtmeniz gerekiyor, bunu bilsem bu oteli seçmezdim 3- İlk defa hotels.com da ki oda resimleri ile alakası olmayan bi odada kaldım, ekonomik oda diye Bodrum katı verdiler diğer odalardan içi ve genişliği farklı, bunu bilsem bu oteli seçmezdim 4- Bodrum katta kaldım 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen tek havlu vardı, oda avlu kapısı kapanmıyordu 5- Kahvaltı vasat ötesiydi, en kötü kahvaltım, sadece 2 çeşit peynir domates,salatalık ve yumurta vardı 6- ilk gün sabah 5 e kadar muhabbet edilmesine otel karışmadı, 2 kez uyarmama rağmen gürültü devam etti 7- oda çok küçüktü 8 - otel yol kenarı olduğu için inanılmaz araç sesi geldi 9 - otel yokuş yukarı kurulmuştu, sorun olmaz diye düşündüm çok yordu

High standard for good money
High standard of hotel, professional service (not everybody speaks English), very clean room and surroungings, regular breakfast is included. Saatli hotel is not far from the city centre, for guests there is 15% discount in restaurant Casa de costa with nice european food and live music.
