"Amazing stay, above expectations! Sema and Cigdem were super helpful, assisting with all our requests and questions. The breakfast was incredible, the patio was our go to spot day or night. Great location by Alacati cobblestones and also in the heart of the weekend market. The room was spacious, clean, and very cute. The pics did not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside is that the Wifi wouldn't reach our room, so we had to use our phones in the hallway...

"Terrible, dirty, uncleaned room, bathroom disgusting with a hole in the ceiling!!!, bed with hair from previous customers, does not have a net on the window, cannot open it, A/C works ar 10%, when turned off it leaked for 4 hours on the bed, hotel accepts cafe customers right under the bedrooms which talk amd laugh until 3 am every night. Will never book from this hotel or HOTELS.com will advise others not to. This was a no refund reservation for a reason. Open and deliberate fraud! "

"Odalar eskiydi ve ufaktı. Temizdi ancak havlular biz söylemedikçe değişmiyor (bu 1 gece kalınca sorun olmadı). Kahvaltı ortalamaydı, daha zengin olabilirdi. "Central hotel in old part of town so had to park car outside of this area in the road. Very difficult to find on foot - no one seemed able to help. Carried bags for one night, wouldn’t like to roll a case over cobbles as some did. The room itself was clean and adequate. Only a small round window up high so no view and dark. Nowhere to sit comfortably outside. Having said that, in the morning, the breakfast was the best we have had in Türkiye and staff friendly."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. The bathroom in our room was very, very small, the room however was very spacious and confortable. The internet connection never worked. They were going two close for the autumn/winter season a few days after we stayed (sep 27), therefore the hotel was not running properly. For example they had no cold drinks to offer with breakfast. It felt like the staff lacked proper training."
