"Scho vor unserer Reise war der Kontakt super schnell! Die Wohnung ein Traum wir 2 Familien reisten 7 Personen (3 Kinder ) Ruhige Lage.. und sehr nahe am Zentrum (wo abends sich die Leute treffen und mann essen gehen kann) und auch sehr nahe am Strand! Die Unterkunft ist wircklich zum weiter empfehlen!!"

"Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him. The villa was clean and very nice. "Cinzia and Maurizio were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The property had a slight damp smell in the rooms, but with the windows open it lessened. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well fitted for making your own meals. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the main house, the upstairs bedrooms have to be accessed from a separate outside door. It didn’t bother us, but people with children may have a concern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)"

"I booked this stay many months ago through VRBO. I had to ask the host a question twice and both times I got no responses. I had to call VRBO to have them contact the host to answer the question on whether I could adjust the dates of the visit. This should have been the first clue that this was not going to go well We showed up at 6pm local time after travelling on an overnight flight from the US and driving 4 hours with two little kids. Sehr angenehm war, dass unser Gastgeber unsere Autonummer an die Polizei weitergeleitet hat und wir für unsere Aufenthaltsdauer keine Parkplatzgebühr bezahlen mussten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfielt es sich das interessante Museum in Classe (ca. 15 Minutenen entfernt)und die Lagunenstadt Comacchio (ca. 50 Min. entfert) zu besichtigen."

"The location of this property is excellent. Easy to resch Ravenna center, Po Delta, Commachio, etc. The house is well equipped, has comfortable beds and the green is excellent. We loved the chickens!"

"Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat alle Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden."

"The small town of Penticara, is lovely. The hike on Mt Aquilone is amazing.. the location makes for easy access to all the near by towns. Lots of local restaurants and good food within 10 min drive, or walk to the town itself.. the owners were great.. and made finding the place very easy.. I was by myself.. but would also be fantastic for a larger group.. I would rent again if I am in the area.."

"We enjoyed our stay very much- the apartment is close to everything and yet it is quiet and peaceful. The space is great for 2 couples or more. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms and showers functioned well. Appreciated the outdoor space and ability to do laundry. The TVs also worked well-and kitchen was well equipped. All in all- a great stay!"

"Property manager was very kind and waited a bit longer for our check-in. She walked us through our apartment and explained where everthing is. Place was very nice and clean. Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia."
