"This hotel was convenient to Old Town, about a 12-minute walk. The rooms were nice but small. Breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It is tucked into a series of older appartment buildings and difficult to find. But it feels like an oasis once you arrive."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and easily could have done another 5. The bedroom was wonderfully kept and I enjoyed every minute in and by the pool, on the nearby Borik beach and swimming in the sea. "Hotel is in a quiet area, if you want to head into Zadar city centre you can't walk but Ubers are cheap. Plenty of seating by the pool and in the bar. The hotel is right on the coast, which is a nice walk and the view of the sun set from there is beautiful. The dining options tend to be same for lunch and dinner. Room looked slightly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable, clean and the shower was good. "

"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!! "

"I paid the fee of registration when I checked out. I still don't understand why I paid the extra payment after I purchased the hotel fee included in every expenditures. "

"Very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was superb - the best we experienced in Croatia. The staff were pleasant & helpful & the 7euro transport to the old town very convenient. "

"Beautiful property with lots of amenities. Good location although it’s not easy to get to the best beaches unless you are a hiker. That being said the sea has great access from the front of the hotel and the water was great both in the sea and the infinity pool. Very extensive breakfast buffet. We did not stay there for dinner as we ate in town. Overall a great hotel. "

"Its definitely a great location and top notch location. Major street construction was not revealed until arrival. More importantly, listing also says 2 king beds. Each "king" bed is simply 2 twins pushed together. They are not secured and separate during the night. They are also very firm mattresses. "

" Great place to stay with family. We had a really nice time. The only negative thing was that the staff should be more professional. Two guys came to put some chemicals in the pool with cigarettes in their mouths, looking like cowboys. Our kids were laughing, but it wasn’t nice. The bins on the seaside were always full and should be emptied more often. The seaside equipment also needs more attention from the staff."

Highly recommend stay

"Such a wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly, they looked after us by cleaning the pool when we asked and also brought us a bottle of Vodka for me friends birthday. The location was amazing and the cabin itself was superb. The only small gripe was that only 1 room had AC. The other room was very hot."

Excellent !

"We love the house and the surroundings. The house is very comfortable and the view is beautifull. Couple opportunities to swim - the pool, private stairs to the sea and path to a small stone beach. Perfect if you are looking for an intimate and quiet place. Best shoping and restaurants in Senj, 40 min by car. Deffinetely worth comming back ! The host is very helpfull - thanks Mateo !"

You don’t want to stay here unless you have kids

"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."
