I am not a resident nor I live in Colombia, hence I don't have to pay for local taxes and they did charged me, although I had already spoken to Alberto and he did confirm the same. However Idalmis Lorena, stressed that I had to pay for local taxes and charged me for the same. I have sent several emails on this matter to her and she does not want to refund the taxes, saying that I have to go back to the hotel, collect the invoice and claim for the taxes at the airport.
