We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Cervione, this charming house air-conditioned with less than one kilometre of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 58 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 62 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, a double sofa bed,
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room and WC

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90*190)

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool with two pools, open from May to October from 9am to 9pm (dates not contractual)
- A beautiful garden of 62 m².
- A covered terrace facing south-west with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the sunsets on the heights of Cervione.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan, deck chairs.
The house is equipped with a mobile air conditioner, a mobile cooler and standing fans.

The house is ideally located in Cervione, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities
- Beach at 2 minutes on foot
- Village of Cervione at 5 minutes by car and its superb cathedral.
- Relaxation and water sports on the beach of Prunete : windsurfing, diving, fishing, white water rafting, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, mountain biking, kayaking...
- Taverna harbour is less than 5 minutes away by car: first dive, boat trips, sea walks...
- Hiking, horse riding, cycling and boat trips.
- Museum of Cervione, Galéa Park, donkey farm, Ucelluline waterfall...
- Tennis, volleyball, golf...
- Day trips by car : Cap Corse, Saint Florent, Bastia, Ile Rousse, Calvi, Corté and South Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, the Aiguilles de Bavella etc...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private and numbered car park near the house.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Biguglia railway station 40 minutes away by car
- Taxi, bus at 500 m from Porto Vecchio to Bastia.
- Ferry from Nice to Bastia (about 6 hours).
- Bastia airport located at about 30 min by car.

Other remarks :
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, single bed: 15€, double bed: 20€, towel 5€)
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Marie-France Muraccioli (concierge / housekeeping service).
