"A beautiful property with wonderful service. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. Pool is a great place to cool off and restaurant has nice options with local foods that were delicious. We were in the area for a family wedding and stayed for four days. We hope to return! Note: ability to speak Spanish is important to be able to converse with staff"

"I cant say enough wonderful things about Casa Alterna. My interactions with Mariana the staff, food was amazing , the house beautifully designed and decorated. If you need to destress in a perfect place ( gorgeous beach ) amazing house friendly people this is my go to place. Visit Casa Wabi and Omakase Kakaurega and meet like minded folks who can appreciate the area, art, people and architecture. Just relax and read , seim in the pool, if you are used to swimming in the Pacific Ocean the water is so warm. Get lulled to sleep with the lullaby of crashing surf… "
