Rooms are well kept and showers and bathrooms are in abundance and always kept clean. Staff are very very helpful and friendly. Wifi is really good here. Great place for backpackers"

"Absolutely amazing. Dead-center of everything you'll want to see and do in Valparaiso. If you can, get a room with the terrace view, which provides direct access to the stairs to the roof and its stunning 360 degree views. The couple that runs this place are just lovely and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Our only complaint was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. A lot of the restaurants in the area served huge portions, and we had nowhere to put the leftovers."

"What a beautiful place. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the views are just incredible. There's a fantastic restaurant downstairs with views of the coast and harbour. There's so much around the hotel to see within walking distance and the whole area is bursting with character. Our only regret was not staying longer."
