"We liked everything. This place is amazing, it’s modern and has everything that a 5 star hotel would offer you plus you would get the most amazing view. Natalia (our host) was great from the first day we made our reservation and was very easy to communicate with her. Daniel who is the person that greeted us when we got there was great and showed us how everything works in our room/house and also brought us our breakfast in the morning (which by the way was delicious)…I would rate this place a 10...

"We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. We especially enjoyed having our meals served on our private patio in the morning and evening. The spa is an added bonus (we did it twice!) and added extra enjoyment...

"This property did not honour the booking. I called the day before check in to confirm details and was told I had no booking and that Expedia didn’t call them. "We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."
