"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
