"I was disappointed choosing a hotel where I could not leave because of no internet connection, could not communicate and could not work at all ; had to go outside, sleeping in my fiend house to do the basic; nowadays how can you live without internet and I have vacated and remitted my room before the end of my stay and I am not supposed to be charged the 4th night because I vacated my room on 10/25/24 at 8:30am and I left the breakfast ticket and the key with the house. I am not happy to be charged just for nothing. The owner promised to fix the WiFi and it was just a lie and he he never intended to do anything. Nowadays even a small kid cannot live without internet. I am disappointed, unhappy and unsatisfied; I have just wasted my money and not staying in this hotel because of the WiFi not working after I have paid for the service that was included with the room price. I am not recommending this hotel to anybody "

"This property has amazing views and an amazing experience. Close to a lot of small towns to visit. Less than and hour away from Lucca. This property is a true gem and the owners are fantastic. Do not miss out on their pizza night. "

"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "

"Flaviano and his family were the perfect hosts. We spent 2 weeks celebrating my birthday with friends and family at their beautiful villa in the friendly village of Pieve Fosciana. Flaviano is a chef and he prepared several meals for us that were absolutely delicious, using ingredients all from within 1km of the property. We were able to pick ingredients from the garden when we cooked for ourselves. The view from the windows and rooftop terraces are breathtaking. The area is magnificent for exploring numerous small villages and doing walks. There are a couple of nice local restaurants you can reach on foot and many more within 5 minutes drive. Luca makes a wonderful day trip! Thank you Flaviano and family for making my significant birthday celebration very special. "
