"Excellent hotel! Clean with great staff. We had a suite facing the lake and had a wonderful view. Breakfast was included and was very good. Location was close to restaurants and walking along the waterfront was very much enjoyed. Took a bus to Aston’s and this town was very much enjoyed. Also took the lift up to Arcada for excellent views of the lake and mountains. Excellent hotel and would stay there again"

"Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English would have been super helpful (or even a QR code on how to use it)! The bathroom lighting was the worst we have had in all of our stays in Europe. "
