"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."

"Very good accommodation, right in the middle of the old city of Chioggia, so restaurants and bars are nearby. The beach is only around 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very clean and comfy, communication with the host was also non-problematic, all in all we were vary happy with our stay!"

"We were apparently the first guests of the session. The entrance to the house hadn't been swept, the whole apartment was covered in spiders, the kitchen utensils were dirty and a wooden board was moldy. On the first evening we noticed that we didn't have any hot water, but the agency couldn't get hold of any. Luckily the neighbors were nice and could tell us where the main gas switch was."

"What a place! The apartment and whole facilities were fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the air-conditioning was a welcome addition in the very hot weather. The pool area felt luxurious with sun-canopies, tables, chairs and sun beds. Above all that the hosts, Guerrino, Antonella and family were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental if visiting this part of Italy."

Die Wohnung war ein Alptraum, Putz fiel von den Wänden, ein äußerst verkommendes Bad, aber das Schlimmste war der schwarze Schimmel unter der Decke in der Küche. Der Gastgeber wollte es nächsten Tag streichen lassen. Wir sind gar nicht eingezogen und sind sofort geflüchtet. Dieser Schimmel ist gesundheitsschädlich. "The photos and descriptions of the charming apartment are very accurate. The floor to ceiling windows lookout over a beautiful park and the apartment is very spacious. It’s a good location for walking the city to historical sites and restaurants and shopping. The host ombretta is a charming woman who has lived there all her life and made us feel very welcome. She made the whole visit special. "

"The home and grounds are spectacular, as is Marcello, the host. Large bedrooms, cozy sitting rooms, all beautifully decorated with impeccable taste, yet it feels like a family home.
