"The worst hotel that has no management at all. Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

"When we first arrived, the hotel seemed basic and a bit dated, but it really grew on us. First of all, the staff were great. The room was spacious, with two windows onto a landing filled with plants. The bathroom, perfectly functional and surprisingly large, with quiet a/c and ceiling fan. I was a bit worried about noise (we could hear neighbours through the courtyard in the daytime,) but it was perfectly quiet both nights. The breakfast was a good value continental style with strong drip...

"The villa is lovely, however I feel I should mention a couple of small things. The pool no longer has the same view as depicted in the advert. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must....

"The property was lovely, however it was not the property in the photos of the villa we thought we were staying at. The villa was next door but the RHS of a pair and the one we had booked from the photo's was the LHS of the next pair so we had less sun by the pool (Gone by 2.30pm) the one we had booked had sunshine until after 5pm. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered.
