"It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles."

"Just returned from our family trip to DC. We stayed from Mon - Fri with our (2) kids (ages 6 and 15). Cannot say enough good things about our experience :) Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and Lily was great with communication/questions/area info, etc. We also had zero issues with check in. Location is fantastic!! The metro is a short walk away (few minutes), but we chose to drive to DC as needed - as this was also an extremely short drive. Highly recommend staying here and would...

"The area beautiful, location great, apartment noisy, AC sounded like a truck, the refrigerator knocked 4 x’s 5x’s a day. The upstairs rental had a thumper, the shower ceiling was coming down, the module sofa was completely broken. Terrible! The property management was notified immediately about the noise with the AC and took 4 days to send someone out. My husband almost broke his neck when the back of the sofa came completely off into the floor."
