"Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food."

"Very surprised when we got there we couldn't get in, walked right round the block to find a way in. Owner very friendly and his new dog, room very basic and clean, for the price it was fine. We did not realise he only has a few rooms on the first floor, the rest of the building is apartment's or offices, hence why we couldn't walk in. "Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."
