"Lovely clean hotel in beautiful area. Room view was beautiful looking down onto the gardens. Only thing stopping it getting a 5 was the outdated bathroom. "

Firstly the location is perfect, it is near almost everything and within brief walking distance from the promenade, the building itself is beautiful and quaint. The rooms themselves are equally as serene, each is unique in some way which I really appreciate, a very charming, eclectic mix. What’s more, the staff themselves were so hospitable and made our experience all the more easy, especially the younger girl with auburn hair who helped us with our bags. Considering the time we had, I still can’t fathom the price, I have stayed at the Randolph and would confidently say this hotel’s rooms and staff far surpass that. "
