"Its a pretty great budget friendly hostel in Singapore's historic and popular Chinatown. Besides the location, its probably one of the best hostels I've been to. The only thing I will say is while check-in can be done by the machine downstairs, sometimes to get staff help can be a bit difficult - that's why you have to use email or Whatsapp to communicate. Other than that, definitely would recommend others to come and will be back. "

"Thanks for asking what I didn't like. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. "This was my very first time staying in a hostel, had no idea where to expect. Unlike hotels, there weren't any towels automatically provided which I was surprised with. Location is right in the center of all the bars and restaurants , close to metro stations. Overall, a good property if you know how hostels work. "

"Misguiding photos. Very unhygienic living conditions. No proper air circulation. Charged ridiculously high amount for such place."

I booked 4 nights and didnt even stay the full first as it was so horrible, and they still wouldnt refund me. Absolute rip off do not spend your money here even if its the last available hotel in existence. The app wont let me upload the photos I took - hopefully ill find a way to do so later so u can see the hell hole this accomodation truly is and that the photos they have here are...

"1 night stay in hostel so my review is limited. Fast wifi, clean and nicely located. After hour check-in was tricky without a booking code. Wifi only works inside and not useful for after hour check-in."

"Fantastic location, the pod was clean and cosy. No staff at the location for check in.. stood around for an hour which was a nuisance as we wanted to get on with the afternoon. The pod itself was clean and perfectly sized for the 2 of us, only minor issue with the mattress which was so thin you could feel the base of the pod. The amenities were clean and functional. You pay for what you get, but this was a good budget option for a few nights in an expensive city."

"Really nice! Very nice sized rooms with excellent bathroom. 5 min walk from Whampoa food centre is a dream. U mart just below comes in handy and just a short ride from anywhere basically. Pool is nice too and usually pretty quiet."
