"The stay was nice and it was very convenient to the convention center since it’s connected. We did have an issue with the fridge in the room not working and had to wait for a maintenance guy to come fix it our first night there. He was very nice and fixed the issue quickly. Only other complaint is that I had to go to 3 different floors before finding an ice machine that worked. That was a pain when we needed ice for our water bottles for the tournament we were there for. I would stay here again...

"The facilities were very nice. Rooms had shades, not curtains, so easy to manage, modern bathroom, lounge area had more than just tables and chairs, well priced. Breakfast was ok, comparable to other hotels. The only negative is that there is no sound insulation in the walls so people talking in the next room (at a normal level) kept us awake until they went to sleep."

"One day stay to visit family. We love the large room with its divided bedroom/ living room area, very comfortable mattress, and awesome breakfast selections. Staff is always very friendly and check in is quick. The only thing I wish would change is that the dining area can get cold from all the air coming in the front doors. Need a more powerful blower to keep the cold air out."

"Although we liked the area for shopping, the siren's in the parking lot were an irritant. We were there celebrating oir honeymoon. Our "suite" was more like typical room. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants.
