"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."

"It was good just some nice in a apartment next all night becasue they rent to a dj and all night was loud music but other than thwt was great service"

" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. I don’t recommend anybody coming from USA to book here."

"El lugar y el ambiente es muy agradable. Solo dos problemas: la habitación tenía un ligero olor a humedad y cuando hice mi reservación por la app al llegar al hotel no tenían ellos la reservación aunque en la app si aparecía . "

"Estuve por una un día y una noche y me fascinó el lugar muy amigable, limpio y lo más importante el silencio y mucho respecto de parte de todos y el dueño o manejador… Se respira una tranquilidad, y la seguridad, por dentro es buena. Los baños para ducharse limpios, lo más importante son baños separados hombres de Mujeres quede contento con el servició aahhh El desayuno por la mañana wooo muy sabroso. "

"The staff at this hotel is incredible! The rooftop waitstaff were friendly and attentive daily, and the reception staff and door men were always friendly and helpful. Overnight and morning/evening reception went above and beyond during our last night when my partner had a medical emergency. They had excellent suggestions for doctors and pharmacies and were so kind and concerned for my partner. This is my third time at this hotel and we’ll definitely be back"
