"This hotel clearly used to be a very nicely run in well maintained hotel but it's definitely lost a little bit of the magic. My room was okay. It was clean and quite spacious but the HVAC didn't work and since my hotel room overlooked the pool, I had no fresh air the whole weekend. Also the hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed, actually there's none at all. It was also evident that there had been some very recent water damage throughout the hotel. "People were incredibly nice. I got in late and couldn't find my lock box access code for the room key. I phoned and expected a very grumpy person to 'help'. Instead is was an actual smiling, helpful person. Thank you for that "T". Room was clean, comfortable and an incredible value. Seems they continue to renovate. Keep up the good work."
