I witnessed her handling multiple people at once and even dealt with a communication challenge because of guests with language barriers. I wish I would have gotten her names. She was attentive to everyone. My room has a smokey stale smell and I understand that that can be a challenge to monitor. She offered me a different room, but I told her I'd be fine with an air freshener. She immediately addressed my needs...
