"A large one bedroom apartment right across the road from Peachtree Amtrak Station, in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. It was spacious, clean and relatively modern. "The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in...

"What a beautiful apartment! It had a great view of the city, was walking distance to the aquarium and Coca Cola Museum, and felt very safe and secure. The host was so responsive to all my questions (we are not city folk so I had LOTS of questions) and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was so clean, I loved the decor, and all the homey touches it had. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"Loved this cozy basement apartment in the Grant Park neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend in ATL. Kelli was fantastic to work with! She was extremely communicative and responsive.The neighborhood is nice and there’s a coffee shop just 2-3 doors down. Walkable to Grant Park and easy street parking. I definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!"

"Everything was in order, master shower a bit tight, little feet running around unit above made it hard to fall asleep before midnight, bed was hard to get in and out of. Location was great able to walk from Congress center. Thanks for the coffee, see you on the next visit"

"Host was super sweet, and the place was clean with a great view! The location is ideal if you’re in town for a convention at Americasmart. Only downside was the parking pass provided did not work. Apartment is attached to the Hilton hotel which has a lot of great amenities. Would stay again!"

"This property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location close to downtown. We wanted a place close to the colleges, and this was perfect. The only downside was the connected neighbors had loud all night parties both nights we were there. It really provided my daughter with a taste of the college lifestyle, but it made it very hard to get any sleep while we were staying here. "

"We really like and appreciated our stay. The place was clean, comfy and roomy. The kitchen was clean and roomy but was missing a few pieces of cooking equipment (frying pans). There was one TV downstairs and worked well but only had Roku option. The biggest complaint was that we couldn’t relax and watch TV in the bedroom. There were 5 channels to choose from but the most frustrating part was that the TV glitched every time we turned it on. We couldn’t watch it for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise,...
