Julia speaks excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night, some noise from the street in the morning. 5 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to the beach (free access if you stay 3+ nights), 20 minute hike up a hill to a wonderful viewpoint.
