"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"A fantastic hotel located at the church square of the old town. We arrived at night and had a pleasant surprise that we were upgraded to stay in a suite with no extra expenses. All made my wife and me enjoy beautiful Freiburg immensely."

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."
