"The door didn’t lock, this wasn’t noticed until the next morning. The latch mechanism did not set unless the door was pulled up by the door handle. Informed staff prior to my departure. Other than that, Very nice place.I had some confusion after booking, this facility is on the state line of Indiana and Ohio, Initial booking had me in Goshen IN., Where as this facility is in New Paris OH., but online and confirmation refer to it as Richmond, which is in Indiana. Staff informed me they have had others this has happened to, even having them being booked to Richmond Virginia. Not something one wants to go through when ready to take a rest at the end of one’s travel. The road can be stressful enough. "
