The first impression was an overgrown walkway and slippery steps without a hand rail. There was no mat to wipe our wet shoes inside the door. It is advertised for 13 people, but seating in the large TV room for only 6-7, despite plenty of room for more. "We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel.
