"I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

"This is the perfect place for a cozy stay in Evian and steps the lake, restaurants and shopping. The host warmly greeted me even though my arrival was delayed. The apparent is generous in size and comforts with two well sized bedrooms with lots of places to settle my things, plus a very nice kitchen with its large wood work space overlooking the living area and lake. "This is the second year that we have stayed at Etiennes apartment. The space is very small and quite basic but absolutely perfect location for the ski lift ( just outside the front door). When we arrived Etienne and his family were at the apartment putting some final touches to some improvements.
