The food was absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend opting for the half-board option or at least trying dinner for one night. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. "The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."
