Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati. Vasca da bagno da cambiare. Essendo mia moglie ipovedente con grosse difficoltà deambulatorie,ha dovuto affrontare una serie interminabile di gradini, dall' ingresso in poi. "We had a great time in Abruzzo staying at this property. The property has ample space, is very quiet and a great price. It has great views of the valley and is near Sulmona and just an hour from the beaches in Pescara. There is plenty of space and plenty of beds. Having three bathrooms was great. Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and during the stay. If you want to stay in a roomy place to experience a real Italian village this is it. You will not see any...

"Rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious also parking was available on the facility ground at no extra charge which was an bonus and I didn't have to spend half an hour trying to find a parking spot. I would definitely stay here again"
