"It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab."

"The villa itself looks as per the pictures. The villa is set in a neglected large plot. The front garden is not usable, but could be an amazing space. The trees by the pool all need pruning and there are several cactus plants that would be a hazard to small children. The crazy paving around the pool ..."
