"We were allowed early check in with Giuseppe meeting us after a successful communication on Whatsapp. Giuseppe speaks very little English but with google translate the check in was easy with a great deal of hilarity. The garden with lots of sitting areas & pool were both big. "Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. "This was beautiful Villa remodeling 10yrs ago….. now in need of updating!!! Its electrical service is too small run all its amenities….the main circuit breaker tripped 3x’s during our stay! Furniture is all from IKEA and falling apart! Not what you would expect from a Villa of this quality. Owners are in denial of all the updates needed. Caused lots of stress during our vacation. VRBO also did not respond back! We booked a hotel for the second part of our trip"

"Can't say enough great things about our stay here at La Fortezza. The house and surrounding property was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and made for many memorable evenings on the patio after our day trips throughout Puglia. "It is on the second floor. There are atairs but of course if you want to be in the old town with a lovely view of the streets this is generally the case. Great shower great airconditioning. Two things I always think is important. The bedrooms are separate from the bathroom but it's not really a problem. Great location. You are in the middle of the beautiful old town. Antonio and Stella were attentive and easy to contact. We enjoyed our short stay. Thank you."

"We had a very nice stay in Bari at the Tresca Charme rooms. The host Francesco was wonderful he met us outside the accommodation, carried our suitcases up the stairs and left a lovely bottle of wine. The location is amazing close to old town and not far from harbour and city centre. It was quite hot but the aircon worked well and we made use of the patio in the late evening."
