Fantastic apartment, spectacular views
The apartment is modern and well kept. The views from the terrace are spectacular and really made this place stand out. Both Luca and Stefano were welcoming and helpful and we could not recommend this place enough.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace and view . Luca was extremely kind picking us up from the station and taking us back at the end of our stay. It is a hike into town and to the beach and hot going up all the steps but worth it for the view.

If you are looking for an amazing rental this is the place! Great location - about a 1km walk to beach and Centro. Luca and his brother are the perfect hosts - they are the best! We really enjoyed our stay and made sure we were back every night to see the amazing sunset from the rooftop patio! We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️

Luca and Stefano's apartment is lovely, and they were great hosts too. Luca got us cakes as a welcome gift, and gave us loads of tips for our stay. The views are as good as the photos, if not better, and the walk to the old town and the beach is really manageable (even during the heatwave we had during our stay)! We will definitely come back!

Great Terrace and View!
Great apartment overlooking Cefalu town and beach! An easy 10-15 min walk to old town and even shorter walk to really nice grocery store and beach. The walk back to the apartment is uphill all the way, but we loved the exercise. Owners are quite nice and do speak English which helps with check-in and out.

Great stay in Cefalu!
Now I understand what a “superheat” is. Luca went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up at the train station, gave us numerous recommendations, and was very available with any questions/requests we may have had. The property was lovely! Very clean, and With an amazing view. We enjoyed the work into town where the beach, Only 10 minutes away or so… Close to restaurants and supermarket. Quiet and peaceful, Good nights sleep! Would definitely recommend.

Best view and best hosts!!
We absolutely lucked out by choosing this place. Stefano and Luca are the sweetest hosts and the view from the place is truly breathtaking. We were two mid-20s women traveling alone, the hosts were extremely accommodating (helping with move in and move out, and giving us great recs) and super responsive on whatsapp. The place was clean and had everything we needed. This is an absolute gem especially given the price. Book this place!!!

Just lovely
Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood near an excellent bakery, butchers and fruit shop. The walk up the hill from the beach was not as far as it first might seem and the view from the incredible terrace was more than worth it. Luca was a kind and considerate host and if we go back to Cefalu we will be staying here again.

Fabulous getaway
First and foremost, Luca and Stefano are two extremely pleasant, gracious and helpful hosts. They alone made our stay enjoyable. Their place provides stunning views of Cefalu and spectacular sunsets. The unit is well equipped and offers everything you need. It is a bit of an uphill hike from the beach/old town, but we enjoyed the exercise. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Excellent location especially if traveling by car with reserved parking space ,and by walk minutes away from center, excellent views , clean and property owner was helpful . Just a small note that should be improved is that the owner should provide white linen not dark coloured linen

Lovely holiday
We had a lovely time staying at Luca and Stefanos apartment. The views from the property were incredible from every angle. We really enjoyed eating outside at the table and chairs that were provided, and having barbecues with the barbecue provided. It was helpful to have a washing machine and the air con was essential. Everything was as the pictures promised. Luca was very helpful in giving us advice on what to do and where to go in and around Cefalu. We hope to be visiting again soon.

Perfection
We have rented properties in Europe, Japan and the USA, and so far this is the best. There was nothing lacking, it was clean, and well maintained, but the best was Luca. Generous in both his welcome, and with his time, he is certainly our favourite host. The view...what can I say? Just look at the photos and you will see what I mean.

A fantastic place to stay
Over the last ten year I have stayed in many places with this website and 'The Attico' has to be one of our favourites. I booked due to the large terrace and the view and with the recent renovations I think this is an excellent property which I think people will find hard to book due to demand. Everything in the house my wife needed was there, which is not always the case and the property has been set for a comfortable living environment. Finally to Luca and Stefano who were great and helped us with all our need, no problem was too big and pointed us in the right direction at every opportunity. Great nights, great days and a great holiday. Hope to come back some day

Well equipped flat in good location. Beautiful Italian light with terrific view of La Rocca and the harbor/ old town / beach. It's a hilly place so if you walk everywhere, only wear good shoes. Luca and Stefano were great hosts and quite helpful. My husband enjoyed a hike around La Rocca with Stefano as his guide. Having a car was definitely a plus and parking was no problem at the flat but it is tricky in town. The wind and breezes above town are sometimes scary and usually delightful.

Fantastic penthouse apartment in beautiful Cefalù.
Our stay at Luca'a apartment was an absolute delight. As a host, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Luca's warm welcome and thoughtful gesture of providing local pastries set the tone for our visit. His invaluable tips and insights into the area truly helped with our exploration of the surroundings. The penthouse apartment is a gem, and the stunning views in all directions are even more breathtaking in person than portrayed in the photos. Waking up to such panoramic vistas was a treat every morning, and the sunsets were incredible. We left with cherished memories and a longing to return to beautiful Cefalù. Luca's hospitality and incredible property have made it our desire to make this a repeat destination. An undeniable experience that we cannot recommend highly enough.

Wonderful views from a great apartment
Host was amazingly communicative and ready to do anything to help. I wish I had communicated more before arrival to check on some of the simple unknowns. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed. The views are amazing, with wonderful uninterrupted panoramic sunsets from the veranda. This does come with a small cost - a short walk with several flights of stairs to get to and from town. We managed it each day with our confident 3 year old and a buggy - but something to be aware of if you're less capable. Would recommend.

Thoroughly impressed!
We chose to visit Cefalú due to its nice beach, beautiful surroundings and interesting old city. Luca and his brothers’ apartment stood out from the other listings with great reviews and photos. When we arrived we had a small issue with a curtain and they had it fixed asap. They were also super helpful with tips for the city, and Luca joined us to the store. All the recommendations we got were phenomenal as well. The only negative to the apartment is that it is 10 minutes uphill walk from the beachfront, but there are multiple ways to go, and stairs go all the way up. We did not see the climb as an issue at all. Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Cefalú

Greates holiday home ever!
Absolutely recommandable! Since we were at Lucas place we are telling everybody to visit Sicily and book this apartment. Unbelievable huge terace with amazing view: ocean, cathedral and the rock - everything lies to your feet! Well equiped kitchen and all you need to have a great holiday. Last but not least: Luca is so kind, friendly and welcoming. Wverything you need for breakfast, Bakery and so on, were a few minutes walk away, the historic center maybe 15 minutes. So we had very quiet nights and could relax perfectly. To make a long story short: We didn't want to leave and will definetely return, if we go to Sicily again. Thank you so much, grazie mille, Luca! You and your apartment are amazing or let's say: Indimenticabile!

Sweet apartment in Cefalu.
We enjoyed our stay here in this apartment. It was clean but sparsely furnished. But it had all the necessary appliances, etc. The brothers who owned it, Stephano and Lucca, were so nice and accommodating. They even picked us up at the train station and took us there when we left. This is an apartment for someone fit, though, as you have to walk up a lot of stairs and hills to get to it, as it is high up in a neighborhood, somewhat close to town. We didn't have a car so we carried up food and water everyday. We definitely got our exercise. There was construction going on next door which might bother some people but we didn't mind. The view from the rooftop deck was spectacular, watching the everchanging skies and clouds.

Traumhafte Terrasse
Die Wohnung in Cefalu hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem natürlich die große Terrasse mit Blick über Cefalu und übers Meer. Der Gastgeber bzw. sein Bruder sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Aufzug ist recht laut nachts- also am besten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus- am besten mit kleinem Auto anreisen, sonst wird es zu eng. Was prima ist: man kann, so man fit ist, problemlos zu Fuß in die Stadt runter laufen und spart sich die Parkplatzsuche im Ort. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die doch recht in die Jahre gekommene Küche und die fehlende Spülmaschine. Außerdem gab es wenig Geschirr, somit musst man eigentlich nach jedem Essen spülen. aber sonst alles bestens. Tolle Betten und eine gute Dusche. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Amazing view
The apartment was very nice and clean. And the rooftop was amazing. The beach was a 10 minute walk away, which was on the way back challenging some times, in the warm weather. The historical city centre is about a 10 - 15 minute walk.
