There was a blond guy really rude ..I have been misstreated by him without no sense or reason from the first seconds I came in ...he didn't want listen to me just he wanted speak ..and in really arrogant way told me : " you have to go out as your ceck in is at 2 pm " confusing me ...I said please I am not feeling well can I please stay in the reception welcome room waiting my ceck in at 2...

"This looks more like a hotel than a hostel. It's very modern and well run. The girl at the front desk was wonderful in helping us out. The only downfall was some of the other guests who don't clean up after themselves. "

They are situated in an excellent location with just a short walk to the numerous restaurants on the riverside and the main square. "Had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking of staying here ask to stay on the riverside as there were building works on the other side when we were there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to change rooms for us and responded quickly and thoughtfully with any issues we brought to them. The river/city views are stunning, and food in the restaurant is wonderful. The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. We hold very fond memories of staying here."

"A great hotel in the centre of Gdansk old town. Staff here were very welcome and friendly, we received chocolates and a note in our room on the first day which was a lovely personal touch and the staff at the bar were amazing, remembering us each night. Easily accessible and central location to everything. Great spacious rooms and clean facilities, would definitely stay again."

great stay and location

"3 nights stay for 6 persons and 6 rooms, straight forward check in and good information from the very friendly and helpful young lady (red hair). Throughout staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast on 5th floor, hotel right on the main street. Comfy warm room, good shower and very clean, could do with bigger pillows and an in room safe, there is a safe at reception though. Definitely recommend it for a stay"
