"Likes: Beautifully appointed, large, clean rooms. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown. On-site bike rentals with discount for guests. Caution: Depending on which building you're in, there may be a difficult steep uphill walk to the building itself, or on stairs within the building, requiring a good level of fitness and no disabilities. 3.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"Staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable, great breakfast. Very much enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Ferry personnel did not come in time for our luggage to be brought to the boat, so staff at Metivier Inn brought it themselves. Very impressed with how they went out of their way so things went smoothly for us."
