This VBRO stay was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our family enjoyed every minute of their trip to Cedar Rapids. Property manager easy to get ahold of through messaging. Had a good and easy experience. House was very big, comfortable, and a great neighborhood location. However the house was a little run down, nothing too fancy.

Perfect for our family weekend
Great, clean accommodations! In town for the weekend to watch a baseball tournament and it was the perfect home for our family to meet, gather and spend time together. Plenty of space with two living areas and good size dining area. Kitchen well stocked. Nice carport off back with patio and tables. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again!

Great weekend with family
This house was perfect for us! Everything we needed was there, everyone said their beds were comfortable, and we never ran out of hot water! The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. We were in town for a family wedding and had no problems navigating easily to other houses and the wedding venue.

We enjoyed our stay! It was great to have a livingroom area on both floors. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had enough space to spread out. Mark was very quick to respond to my questions at booking, and he remained in touch. We hope to be back sometime soon!

This house was perfect for two families who live out of state to come together and stay! Had two living rooms - upstairs and downstairs, so adults could be in one room and the kids downstairs. Plenty of beds, pillows, and blankets. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body soap. Great communication with the manager when needed, will stay again, highly recommend!

Nothing fancy but everything you need!
Clean, comfy and wonderful neighborhood! The Rockwell house has lots of room and the beds are comfortable. Everything you could need is provided - dishes, pans, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher detergent, even salt and pepper and a few other pantry supplies. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, TP. One thing I loved is that it backs up to a small park so plenty of space to play and take a nice morning walk. All of this at a very reasonable price!!

Plenty of room, great location
Plenty of bedrooms for all. We had seven adults for a wedding event. Only two bathrooms, a thirds would have been nice. It worked out ok for us. Kitchen needs updating. We had trouble with the disposer. All in all the home worked for our needs for the weekend. A quiet, nice neighborhood on the NE side of Cedar rapids.

House was great!!! Mark and staff were wonderful!! We were informed of the smoke smell and offered another house. The one bedroom had slight smoke smell Friday evening, but livable. Saturday evening when we returned we could smell smoke, opened house and aired it out, it cleared up. Ladies think smoke smell is in the carpet and such. Overall we really liked the house.

Spacious and Convenient
Kind and accommodating host! This home is spacious and was very convenient for us visiting our family. There was a problem with the kitchen plumbing when we first arrived, but Mark addressed the issue immediately and came over to the house to supervise the plumbers fixing the problem, and he even made sure they had cleaned up after the repair. There was a snowstorm while we were there, and the driveway and sidewalks were cleared right away. Communication was great with Mark! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Mark! :)
