I just finished remodeling this home. Everything is new from floor to ceiling. SS appliances, new kitchen cabinets, leather sectional, wall mounted smart tvs in both bedrooms and living room ready for use with whatever subscription you have. High speed internet, new vinyl plank flooring. Just a few minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids. Home has a fully stocked kitchen. It also has central air along with a new furnace. There are several restaurant/ bars within walking distance along with a neighborhood grocery store and a Casey's gas station as well. Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to the interstate and downtown area. This is a non smoking home. pets are allowed as long as pet fees are paid. Washer and dryer are included at this property. this property also has two bicycles and a fire pit for use. please message me for details.

The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown; we were able to walk to and from our concert venue. The home was very modern and cozy. Our host was very responsive and timely to questions, even providing recommendations to local restautants and activities. He continues to add ammenities and relaxing spaces to the back patio area. We were very pleased with our stay!

Very nice property
This was just the right size for my family of four. (would work for 6 as well). Nicely redone. We will stay here again if in Cedar Rapids area. Owner is working on a fire pit out in back. Will be a nice addition when finished. It was centrally located to all the activities and shops we visited.

Quick Girlfriend Getaway
Easy to find, cozy but sleeps 6 if you use bunk beds. Beautifully remodeled. Huge TVs. Near lots of places to eat or pick up supplies. Convenient off street parking and easy to get in and out. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was simple. Home is in a run down area. No issues with anything besides the bedding smelling like bad BO. The sheets and comforter appeared to not be cleaned either at all or not very well. It was very repulsive.
