POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR YEARLY MAINTENANCE SEPTEMBER 9, - SEPTEMBER 13, 2024!! The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. This unit has incredible open water views! The town beach/playground and downtown area are an easy walk. The condo complex features plenty of boat/trailer parking, community pool, community hot tub, private beach space, green space with BBQ area, and private fishing dock! Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community's kayak rack- launch right from the complex. Your unit is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cookware, glassware, etc. This unit is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

Great View and Very Clean!
The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The deck overlooking the water faces southeast and provides very nice views. We would definitely stay on the first floor next time, had my mom with us and the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Pelican Realty folks as always responsive and make the stay easy.

Surprisingly comfortable
Our condo was very well maintained, we had full beach view and it was very quiet and tranquil, everyone was pleasant around the area.. small beach area and that’s ok sometimes when you have too much to choose from makes it harder to find just what you’re looking for. The property management was also very helpful and they answered the phone very promptly which was great.. I would definitely rent this condo again in the future.. I recommend to anyone
