THE NATURE COAST

NOTES
~Up to 2 small dogs are allowed, please add them to your reservation, there is a charge per dog
~The backyard is fenced to allow a small dog to be let outside
~There is a pack and play available, please request it upon booking and we will have it ready for you when you arrive
~The back yard is currently dirt as the landscaping has not be completed quite yet, it will be done soon!
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
- Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
- Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
- Parties and/or events are not allowed
- No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
- $150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
- Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
- Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
- Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
