At the Zen Den, you can revel in the comfort & of two bedrooms & one bathroom.

The master bedroom exudes luxury with its king-size bed & direct bathroom access.

The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, while the living room provides a convenient queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options. Additionally, indulge in the breathtaking views of the red mountains & stunning sunsets from the porch swing, making your stay even more memorable.

Make sure not to miss out on a leisurely stroll along the paved walking trail at Canyon Park, conveniently located just across the street. This trail presents awe-inspiring views of the majestic red mountains as you meander alongside the serene Coal Creek. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in nature & soak up the beauty of your surroundings.

From the moment you step through the door, you'll have the freedom to explore & enjoy every corner of this enchanting urban retreat. Whether you're lounging in the cozy living area, preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding in the plush bedrooms, the entire space is yours to indulge in.

Please Note: The backyard is shared with another unit, The Fortress, behind the Zen Den. Clean up after your pups immediately.

House Rules:

- Leave your fancy footwear at the door, Cinderella.

- Ah, the squeegee dance! Please grace our shower glass doors with a squeegee serenade after each shower. They love it!

- Lean, mean, fighting machines only! Absolutely no leaning on the railing. It's a balancing act we'd rather not witness.

- Sorry, folks, no parties or events allowed. We're all about tranquility & serenity here, not wild shenanigans.

- Attention all aspiring chemists: no drugs or SMOKING allowed. Trust us, we're not bluffing. Violators will face the wrath of their deposit being devoured, and potential fees that could make your wallet weep—up to a whopping $500 for smoke removal. Think twice before lighting up!

- Unregistered guests or visitors? Sorry, we're not running a secret underground hotel here. The maximum capacity is 6, so keep it cozy.

- We kindly request that you resist the temptation to turn your bedroom into a dining hall. Let's keep the crumbs out of the sheets.

- Time to silence the party animals! Respect the noise curfew starting at 10 PM. Let the night owls have their beauty sleep.

- Dirty dishes and garbage bags, beware! Before you bid us farewell, wash those plates and take out the trash like a responsible superhero.

- Accidents happen, we get it. But if you break something, please channel your inner speedster & report it to us in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit will require some financial responsibility on your part. Oopsie daisy!

Pet Rules:

We warmly welcome your furry friends at our pet-friendly accommodations.
Please note that a per-pet fee $35 per day will be added to your reservation when you book.

- Keep those four-legged explorers on a leash. The neighbors' yard is off-limits for impromptu pet Olympics. Sorry, no gold medals for trespassing.

- Calling all pet groomers: excessive pet hair on furniture or blankets will result in an impromptu cleaning session & an additional fee. Let's keep things fur-free & fabulous.
