"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. Overall the apartment was big, beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and I’d recommend it to everyone."

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

"This property is located in a great location, about halfway between the Piazza Comunale and the Cattedrale at the summit of the town. The small house is clean and well equipped and the hostess Katia is very helpful and friendly. Be advised that the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs and that there is no air conditioning. The value is very good for the price. Anagni definitely merits a visit of a couple days."

"The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. "Beautiful space right in the heart of Sperlonga. Serena and Rocco were very accommodating. everything we needed was there. Short walks to shops, restaurants and markets. There is a short walk to the beach which was easily accessible. Serena and Rocco gave us several recommendations and a list of things to do and see. Everyone was so nice, we would definitely return for a longer stay."
