Reliable, comfortable and safe. We've been in the Deluxe Room multiple times over the years and never had any issues. It's meant to be a home and not a 5* hotel, so certain things like insects can be expected. Highly recommended option on a budget.

A Great Cebu Hotel
This is my go-to hotel in Cebu every time I visit. It's clean, conveniently-located, and very low-priced for what you get. The breakfast is great too! The showers could use some renovations, but they're still better than most others you'd find in similarly priced hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and spacious. Service was great. Quite distant from shops so it pays to have a few snacks or drinks on hand. Lunch wasn't readily available as we were told it would take 45 mins....the only downside considering the place isn't close to restaurants.

It's a bit old but the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The street is little bit hard to find. I will stay again

Really nice and friendly staff
4th time staying and its definitely worth the money. Home cooked meals were really good and I recommend the adobo and pancit.
