"We had a fantastic holiday! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and engaged us in the local community. After a few hours we felt very much relaxed, welcomed and at home! It was brilliant swimmming everyday in the pool and the numerous sitting areas allowed you shade and/or panoramic sun! Our children loved the little river at the end of the lane and were mezmorised by the Dragonflies and lizards. The BBQ was brilliant and the local restaurants were fab! The house however requires reconstruction, especially bathrooms (only one of three is OK to use) and kitchen (very small and difficult to manage cooking for 8 people). There are only 8 proper beds, not 14 as mentioned in the ad. In neighborhood are very noisy dogs, day and night."

"A really old house with a mix of very old and very modern furniture-really quirky. Very spacious property,well kitted out with all amenities. Situated in beautiful countryside with lots of attractions nearby. We were overwhelmed by the effort our hosts made for us and felt like old friends by the time we left. Cannot recommend highly enough. Maryse and Regis are special hosts with the gift of hospitality."
