"Very clean and had all the amenities you may need for your stay. Roof top hot tub was very nice. The bed rooms were very comfy, however the pull out beds were just ok-all was very clean though. Parking was a little tight just as describe. They are also doing construction across The way which makes for a noisy time-no fault of the property just more an FYI. So close to downtown Avila and great beach chairs and toys. Overall it was a wonderful stay!!"

"The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I knew the location was great, but I expected less given its proximity to downtown. Bruce, the host, was accommodating and genuine. The property is beautiful, and the small upstairs apartment is impeccably clean and comfortable. Since it’s an attic space and I’m a bit tall, I had to tilt my head at times, but I didn’t mind—it was peaceful and private."

"We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here in Cayucos and it was our first time visiting the area. The bungalow is literally steps from the ocean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so cute and very quiet. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and which beaches were the best for beach-combing which is a favorite past time of ours. Will be coming back to this great rental next year for our 26th anniversary."
