"This was probably the worst room we have ever stayed in on our travels, and we travel a lot. The room is very small, more like a closet, without window so its very dark and the only light is when you leave the door open, but the worst for sure is extrem humidity in this room and the smell of it… we tried to come to this room only for sleep and it was awful that we couldnt cancel our stay.. also the owner or renter gave us wifi codes to use and pay for hours we will be online, but it didnt work...

"This property is advertised by Expedia as being a three minute walk to the Varadero beach. Also states that it is in Varadero. It is not in varadero it is 7 k away in Santa Marta, it’s position on the map is inaccurate. We arrived and left immediately- our driver took us the 7 extra k to the place we actually wanted to be. He spoke to the owner who said it wasn’t his fault if agencies made things up. There is nothing much in Santa Marta. Very bad mis representation. I will be contacting Expedia...
