"Lovely home with excellent design. You can't go swimming in this area due to crocs in the water though. About lthe only complaint I would have is the lack of cooking pans, pizza pan , etc although it didn't matter because we were eating out all the time. Nice location and just a little ways past the bridge. Would stay there again."

"The stay was perfect. The house was excellent for our group in terms of the amenities and location. Best of all, the property manager was the best I've worked with- she went above and beyond to help us book tours, return our golf carts, and even recover a missing credit card. Couldn't recommend Babylon higher."

"We had a great holiday. The house was lovely and the pool was amazing with 4 young children. Non of us enjoyed the sand fleas although who would? They were nasty and uncomfortable. The weather was great until it wasn't and Tropical Sara unfortunately made the trip end badly, but the house, the Cook and the pool were great. "

"A Wonderful Stay at Tres Cocos, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize Our stay at Tres Cocos was absolutely delightful! The property boasts a stunning view from both the en-suite room and the living room, and everything was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. "Stayed for a week and had a great time. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was really nice. We liked that there were restaurants we could walk to and a gym and grocery store on site. It was too windy and rainy during our stay so we didnt get to take the kayaks out like we wanted to, but liked that they offered free kayak usage. They helped us sign up for a snorkel tour where we were picked up right from the hotel which was convenient, but the only downside is you need at least 4 people to confirm a tour and the only option is other people that are staying at the hotel. We ended up booking a second tour through another company and drove into town for it so we could do more than one snorkel tour during our stay. We recommend renting a golf cart at least for a couple days so you can explore secret beach, San Pedro and other great restaurants on the island."

"We had the best experience at Lina Pointe. The staff was amazing! So helpful with key destinations! The golf cart was a must and great for exploring San Pedro town and going to Secret Beach! The water Taxis are a must to Caye Caulker! We will definitely be back! "
