"Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked...

"This location is perfect! Just north of the bridge, and only about a 15 min golf cart ride into town. I recommend a golf cart from this location. We basically had the beach to ourselves for a week. Room is very clean! Hosts are exceptional! "

"The sliding glass door did not lock. We had no way to secure the unit when we left. While we where at the unit we had an awful gas smell. Horrible headache and nausea accompanied this smell. When reported we were told there was nothing they could do about the gas smell. That day they started digging up septic and well area. We checked out that morning! The expense we incurred trying to find another hotel last minute for the rest of our trip was outrageous. I would not recommend this place to...

"Wow where do I start? From the minute I booked the host was more than amazing. She shared many tips for us to make the most perfect vacation time in San Pedro which included grocery stores to shop, favorite restaurants, and wonderful excursions. This was extremely helpful and made everything smooth and relaxing. She checked in on us throughout to ensure all was going well and shared events happening on the property which we did and was extremely fun and delicious. The condo was as described....

They initiated communication early, helped us plan and book everything we needed, and even assisted with last-minute arrangements during the busy Christmas holiday. The location was ideal—close to town but just far enough out to enjoy some peace. The condo was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views, with a fantastic local beach bar (Coco Locos) only a few minutes away. Everything about the experience was exceptional!"

"Hello, the only issue we have is that the outlet in the living room behind the couch is messed up and burnt out our phone charger. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. Above States are dates to stay where the 5th through the 12th but it was actually the 6th through the 13th. "

"The condo and grounds were great. The condo was large and had everything we needed. Large patio and beautiful view of the ocean. Lori and Sam were very helpful. Pool was a great place to hang out. Great location, out of the busyness of San Pedro, yet plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that would have made the stay better for us is if the beds were softer. They are very firm due to no box spring and plywood underneath the mattress. "

"The unit is stunning and spacious! It’s fully equipped and met all of our needs. The ocean views are beautiful and the resort’s dock made tour pick ups a breeze. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided a wealth of information that was extremely helpful, especially tips regarding tours, restaurants, airport protocols, and what to buy in advance and bring with us.
