"The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Everything was clean and ready for us. The condo was in good condition The communication with the owner was great. The property manager was kind. The ac worked well and wasn't loud. It cooled down the condo quickly every time we came back. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was a nice home base to have between our activities during our short stay on the Island. The area was quiet at night and we were able to sleep just fine."

"We fell in love with Belize and this "feels like home" condo. Tiffany has thought of every amenity you could need & has it there. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances I don't even have at home! Bar stools line the kitchen counter for quick meals or there's a dining room table and chairs for a more sit down meal. With an open floor plan, the dining room flows into the living room that has a comfortable couch and chairs and big screen TV. It took a minute to figure it out, but...

"The location was perfect. just outside town so not as busy at night but still close enough to get to everything. The condo was plenty big for 4 adults and everything was quite comfortable. The only issue we had which was no problem for us was the water pressure. It was fine if one person showered but couldn't handle a shower and anything else. "I stayed here with my 2 teens. The location was perfect. We were in San Pedro for 4 nights and never needed a golf cart as everything was a quick easy walk. The bakery right out back was a favourite! The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! My one “issue” was that we never had hot water, the closest we got was cool water. That said, I never complained or brought it up as it was SO HOT we were grateful for the refreshing shower! The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything...

"I’ve been to Belize approximately seven times, this by far as my favorite. The bonus room is a huge plus. The view is incredible. Location is quiet and very convenient to Tres cocos area, and not a far drive from secret Beach, about 20 min. The property manager is awesome and very responsive. We will be staying here again!"

"Hello, the only issue we have is that the outlet in the living room behind the couch is messed up and burnt out our phone charger. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. Above States are dates to stay where the 5th through the 12th but it was actually the 6th through the 13th. "

"A Wonderful Stay at Tres Cocos, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize Our stay at Tres Cocos was absolutely delightful! The property boasts a stunning view from both the en-suite room and the living room, and everything was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. During our stay, the air conditioning in our en-suite room stopped working. The manager, James, promptly tried to fix it, and although it couldn’t be repaired that night, he kindly gave us a refund for one night. We didn’t complain or show...

"HIGHLY recommend Ramon’s! We stayed in a few locations while in Belize and Ramon’s was by far the best location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. My suitcase got lost on the flight over to the island. They handled everything and had my bag in my room within an hour. We will be visiting again! "

"We stayed 12/14 - 12/20 In C8. Wanted to give feedback on our stay. It was wonderful. We have the best time. Staff was accommodating. Amy and Ethan at the front desk were helpful. But wanted to give a special commendation to Hosea at the pool bar area. He was helpful, informative and accommodating. He is a plus for your resort. We plan on coming again to Belize. "
