"The price is great, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were wonderful! I booked this hotel last minute for a quick 1-night stop along our route. I chose it based on the overall 8.0 review rating, which I don’t think it deserves. This is solidly a 6 or 7 hotel. It is perfectly fine for what it is, but it’s not great. The shower walls weren’t clean (they had hair sticking to them), the bathroom vent fan rattled and made an awful racket the longer it was on, and you had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet. They recently replaced all the carpets, but the walls need painting where they removed multiple towel holders and just spackled over the holes. Again, perfectly fine for what it is. Especially for the price. But it’s not an amazing hotel. "
