It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. We were able to ask at the front desk about getting a driver for the day for a 5 to 6 hour tour around Jakarta and that was wonderful! Highly recommended!"
